Tax Information:

Federal, State, and Local Government are strongly encouraging individuals to file their taxes online. As a result of this push, our supply of Federal tax forms are severely limited and on a first come first serve basis.

The library staff will gladly help you print the tax forms you need ($.25 per page printing fee will be applied.)

Interested individuals must pick up their VITA tax form envelope, 2025 intake/interview & quality review sheet, and instruction sheet at the Senior Center in Warren at 42 Clark Street.  The Youngsville Library does have a limited number of packets.

There are 5 independent libraries located within Warren County. Youngsville Public Library,  Tidioute Library, Sugar Grove Free Library, Sheffield Township Library. These libraries are NOT branches of the Warren Public Library and they do not receive any financial support from the Warren Public Library. Each of the libraries has their own policies, procedures, and business hours.

Warren County Libraries:

How the 5 independent libraries work together for the county residents:

1. We provide a single "Public Libraries Card of Warren County" borrower's card that is free to county residents and      may be used at all 5 libraries.

2. We provide a county on-line catalog listing all of our collections combined.

3. We provide high speed internet access and various information resources at all 5 libraries.

4. Materials may be borrowed at any of the 5 libraries in Warren County and returned to a different Warren County      library. *Special request items-such as interlibrary loan materials are excluded for this feature.
